The new controller replaces any White, Diamond Phoenix, Remstar, or Raymond proprietary carousel controller and can be installed and commissioned onsite at your factory in less than a day. The controller comes standard with off-the-shelf components which can be purchased locally and easily maintained by in-house maintenance personnel. Standard items include the new MicroLogix 1100 series PLC, AC frequency inverter and encoder for smooth operation, STI safety rated photoelectrics, and operator interface.
