Automation Integrators is now shipping an Allen-Bradley PLC based carousel controller.  The new controller replaces any White, Diamond Phoenix, Remstar, or Raymond proprietary carousel controller and can be installed and commissioned onsite at your factory in less than a day.  The controller comes standard with off-the-shelf components which can be purchased locally and easily maintained by in-house maintenance personnel.  Standard items include the new MicroLogix 1100 series PLC, AC frequency inverter and encoder for smooth operation, STI safety rated photoelectrics, and operator interface.
